800V High-Voltage Power Supply for Lower Line Loss
The TK4 Tethered Power System adopts an 800V high-voltage power supply. At the same power level, the current of an 800V system is half that of a 400V system, while cable heat generation is reduced to one quarter.
The airborne unit delivers a stable 50V output with a rated power of 4 kW, providing ample and reliable power for the DJI M400 and its payloads.
Strong Anti-Interference Capability with Stable Video Transmission
The ground station and airborne unit communicate via power line carrier (PLC) communication, supporting 100 Mbps bandwidth, which meets the requirements for high-frame-rate, high-bitrate 4K video transmission.
Video output can be delivered from the ground station via HDMI and Ethernet directly to the command center. With excellent resistance to radio-frequency interference, transmission remains stable and reliable.
Longer Cable, Higher Flight Altitude
The TK4 system comes standard with a 110 m tether cable, with optional configurations up to 200 m. This allows the drone to operate at greater heights, making tethered aerial monitoring at 200 m more efficient and flexible.
Supports Higher-Power Lighting Combinations
The TK4 Tethered Power System features an upgraded lighting power output with a maximum of 1500 W. It can simultaneously support an 800 W ML200 and a 300 W GL300, delivering powerful combined illumination for demanding missions.
Grounding Rod Included to Eliminate Induced Voltage
When operating near high-voltage power lines, tethered systems may be subject to induced voltages ranging from tens to even hundreds of volts, posing a risk of electric shock to operators.
The TK4 system is equipped with a grounding rod. By inserting the rod into the ground, induced current is safely discharged into the earth, effectively reducing the risk of electric shock.
The system uses a standard grounding interface, allowing users to select grounding rod of appropriate length based on on-site conditions, ensuring reliable grounding across different terrains.
Built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Modules
The TK4 Tethered Power System integrates Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, enabling users to connect to the ground station via a smartphone and operate the system directly from a mobile device.
